What do we offer?
Studies and projects of lines for the blister packaging of micro dosed powders and liquids, using automatic product loading systems.
The basic feature of the Thermoforming machines is the quality of blisters deeper than the standard. The machines can thermoform from 27 mm up to 40 mm. The loading area, crucial for hosting automatic pick&place systems for product loading, is incorporated in the packaging line, while the machine layout takes shape and is adapted to meet the customer’s requests. Control systems for the loading, product presence, centred printing systems and end-of-line ejection systems complete the funtionality range. The Customer can verify, modify and follow directly the implementation phases in our assembly department. ALL O.M.A.R. machines are designed, built and assembled in ITALY.
