Professional ethics is top priority at our Company.
Extract from the Code of Ethics (What the Code of Ethics is used for)
Today, transparent, ethical and conforming behaviour is crucial for managing company activities. This means not only complying with the many laws and standards in force, but also taking into consideration the expectations and ambitions of the various stakeholders.
This is the reason why the Board of Directors of O.M.A.R. S.r.l. approved this Code of Ethics, which describes the rules of conduct aimed at supporting sustainable growth and at protecting the company’s reputation, in observance of the principles and values shared at the Group level, of applicable laws, of best practices and of the diversity of the countries in which O.M.A.R. S.r.l. operates. Said standards of conduct play a key role in all markets in which O.M.A.R. S.r.l. operates.
Hence, even you, as part of O.M.A.R. S.r.l., commit yourself to complying with the Code, to cooperating with the Company for the purpose of ensuring that others also comply with the provisions contained in it and thus protecting a culture of integrity. This Code does not discuss every single ethical principle to which your behaviour must be adapted while carrying out activities for O.M.A.R. S.r.l. and it is not intended to replace – though it can be supplemented by – any other legislative, regulatory or organisational provision set out in applicable laws and in the policies, procedures and/or organisational arrangements existing within O.M.A.R. S.r.l..
We institute this Code as integral part of the relationship with O.M.A.R. S.r.l.; hence, we encourage you to contribute to, build and preserve the trust that customers, suppliers, colleagues and the community have placed in O.M.A.R. S.r.l.. This Code must be read and interpreted together with the O.M.A.R. S.r.l. Anti-Bribery Code of Conduct, with the O.M.A.R. S.r.l. Code of Basic Working Conditions, with the O.M.A.R. S.r.l. Policy on Non-discrimination and Diversity and with the other codes of conduct, policies, procedures, guidelines and/or organisational measures in existence today or which may be published in the future. This last edition of the Code of Ethics replaces all previous versions. (Continues in the official document)
