Twin-Pack is the smallest semi-automatic blistering machine available worldwide, designed for the production of small production batches, clinical trials and stability tests to be performed in R&D laboratories. The greatest advantage is the double hot-cold station, which allows immediate blister cutting by means of a cold station independent from the hot station used for forming and sealing, increasing the speed of operations and increasing production. With TWIN-PACK, through a quick change of the formed parts and without the use of tools or specialized personnel, it is possible to perform the following operations: thermoforming of plastic material, sealing/coding in one operation and final cutting of the blister. The production standard is two 68×89 mm blisters per stroke or one single blister with dimensions 136×89 mm. Upon request, projects can be developed based on the customer’s actual requests, with made-to-measure moulds in terms of dimension, configuration and quantity of blisters per stroke.
