During the format setup and the packaging of solid oral products in blisters, non-conforming blisters can be produced, such as, for example, wrong marking or simply discarded at the end of line due to missing product inside the pockets.
Discarding these blisters and product contained in them causes both a financial and ecological damage.

O.M.A.R. s.r.l. offers a diverse range of format-based or universal de-blistering machines that make it possible to totally recover the product.
Products such as capsules, candies and tablets can be fully recovered by the machines that come in different versions and configurations.
