Sales and Agents

O.M.A.R. Sales Agents support our customers during the commercial phase and, in some regions, also provide after-sales support. They act as our official representatives within their designated geography and are authorised to promote our brand in your country.

Their services

Support during the commercial phase with the customer;
Participation during final testing activities at O.M.A.R. (FAT);
Participation during final testing and installation activities at the customer’s facilities (SAT);
Constant presence after the installation in order to assist the customer during after-sales services (spare parts and technical support).

Their experience

All of the O.M.A.R. Sales Agents are specialised technicians and seasoned sales managers. They receive training sessions and up-date courses on a frequent basis to ensure the best possible support to our clients.

On-site assistance

O.M.A.R.’s support network also guarantees technical assistance for critical maintenance services at our customer’s facilities. These activities are planned and carried out by our trained technicians. Maintenance services encompasses solutions to wear parts, malfunctions or implementation of new systems.
