Training: it means educating the customers on the characteristics and functions of our machines so that they can be used properly and efficiently.
The technical staff of O.M.A.R. s.r.l. is qualified and authorised to deliver this training on O.M.A.R. products and to transmit to the customer the procedures and methods to be applied for proper use of the machine and of any optional equipment installed.
Training Certificate:
after having gone through the training, all Customers receive a certificate that qualifies the operator to work independently and in safe manner on the machinery made by O.M.A.R. s.r.l.. Each Certificate is made out to the participant’s name and issued directly, along with the thanks of the Technical Department of O.M.A.R. s.r.l..
Five basic points:
–Practice
(experience that complements the theoretical knowledge);
–Education
(practical training delivered to the operator);
–Verification
(The careful testing of correctness, consistency and efficiency of a process – test, countercheck, check);
–Ability
(ability to complete the assigned tasks and to solve problems)
–Certification for use
(the results documented through a formal declaration of the skills acquired by the operator)
