The new “universal” semi-automatic de-blistering machine Sympaty F140 is designed to de-blister blisters containing capsules, multiform tablets, soft gelatine capsules, candies, etc. Its capabilities to process blisters with 7 rows of pockets and a maximum width of 120 mm translates in reduction of costs associated to format changes and storage. It is complete with stainless steel mobile support and transparent PET-G (or stainless steel Aisi 316L) trays for the recovery of the product and waste material. it is equipped with a safety guard made with transparent polycarbonate. In addition, the Simpaty F140 model safety systems covers the trays for the recovery of the product and waste material. The machine goes immediately on emergency stop in case the tray guards are open. The pharmaceutical products are recovered without any damage or contamination thanks to Sympaty F140 rotating blades system. Before extrction, these baldes cut the aluminium covering of each individual pocket allowing the extraction of the product and ensuring its integrity.
This machine can be supplied with an electronic piece-counter and a blister format guide for blisters with special configurations, such as cells located diagonally.
